Happy May 2-4!!

A long weekend, Victoria Day Weekend, May 2-4, whatever you prefer to call it, I sure hope that you have a great one! The weather is looking to be amazing to help insure that you and your family and friends have a great time! Take some time over the weekend to sit back and relax. You may notice that I am not on the air this weekend and that is because I am getting out of dodge! I will be making the trip up to my hometown of Owen Sound! My brother Adam and his fiancée Jenna are having their Buck and Doe in Sauble Beach on Saturday! Adam is my baby brother/only brother and he's one of the funniest guys I know, I have attached a picture of him and I from a while back! As you can probably tell, he's quite a character! Adam and Jenna will be getting married in June ...
Justice for Tori!

It was a very emotional evening last night at the London Court House as the juror's in the Michael Rafferty case delivered their sentence. He was found guilty of first degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping in the April 2009 death of 8 year old Victoria "Tori" Stafford of Woodstock.
Tori's family is relieved and elated that justice has finally been served and Tori can be at peace. The trial which began 10 weeks ago had been a rollercoaster of emotions as the court room sat and listened to detailed descriptions, at times graphic and disturbing, of the events that lead up to the death of the child.
Rafferty will be sentenced officially on May 15th, but first degree murder comes with an automatic sentence of life with no chance of parole for 25 years.
I hope that Tori's family is able to now find peace knowing ...
Blonde or Brunette !?!?!?

Well as the Summer months are now upon us I am considering a bit of a change in my appearance, something a bit more fresh! I am naturally a brunette and have had my hair brown for about a year now. Previous to that I spent about 12 years getting blonde highlights. I had had my hair highlighted so many times that it was more or less completely blonde (various shades)! I am now considering lightening my hair again and having some blonde put back into it. Take a look at the pics of me as a brunette (currently) and one of me as a blonde.
